look kool

Well there's no significanse or reason for that title besides its almost symetrical. and lool lool are not 2 different words. Anyway busy day, all tired. Came across a very interesting website www.jamendo.com . One of my friends Tarun has a blog www.ideajugglers.com where he puts up podcasts on poems and rants and things laureats (not including me) like to read or atleast pretend to do so. I've been plain lazy to send in my poems, mostly because I gotta read it out myself and I sound like a crow. Well I can't avoid it much though, so gotta collect my poems scatterd on Pluto. Well thats enough non-sense for the day.

A Dream

It’s dark and damp

My head spins

I feel lonely again

Who turned off the lights?

Where did this darkness come from?

I thought I was happy again

Until now

Who turned off the lights?

I wished for all good

But got things otherwise

I saw that silver lining

But it rained hard instead

Why are the skies crying?

Is it for me?

Or for all other people

Who live together and feel lonely

Its’ dark and damp

I want to run

I’m soaked in tears

Not mine but from the clouds

And then I thought

Its’ just the rains

And wondered how

The winter chills would pain

I wished again

For all the good times

And I slept again

To wake up on time

Its a VAIO.

Ohh I've been itching to write a blog. I think I'm really good at procrastinating things, which apparently is not a very good thing. Well I got a new VAIO. VAIO is a Sony brand of laptop incase your wondering blank. Nice it is. Really kool. I was looking forward for an HP Artist Edition laptop. But I didn't like the keyboard. And anyway Sony had a better laptop than HP specification vise and it looks sexier than HP for just 1k more. So I'm now mobile. Though I don't like using the touchpad. Well this ones got matt back finish and chrome here and there. It give a really nice contrast to the black. The bottoms silver though :( It would have been nice if that would have been black too. It's also got fingerprint sensor which is really handy once you register your fingerprint. No more passwords and shit. My desktop went dead last week. Updated it's BIOS and it won't startup after that. Anyway that's that for now. Hope to blog more. CIAO

Ahh the music shops.

Ran off to Metro today. Not for the movies though. I was looking for a specific plectrum, Dunlop Jazz III. Bhargava's had emptied their stock on it and asked me to come next month :( . Went to Furtado's they didn't have it either. The one I use is very small as compared to the normal stndard one . Also I pick the strings abit differently. I require 3 fingures instead of the usual 2 like most guitarists play and also I hold my pick diagonaly which ruins the pick but I manage to play fast. A friend of mine, Kiron, who tutored me gave it to me the 1st day he started teaching me after he saw my messy playing skills with a 0.9mm standard pick. We tried a couple of other plecs before I settled on Jazz III. Any way whats important is my picks on the strings made sense this time. Kiron says I pick like Yngwie Malmsteen in Ultra slow motion. And I don't deny that. Malmsteen's fingures are not even visible when he plays man, as if hes not picking at all. I'd love to play like him. We all would. Anyway I hope I get my plec next time. I also tried a Hofner's f-cut acoustic at Furtados and it's sexy man. With its black body and slim build and all. 5 grands a pop. Certainly not cheap. I got mine for 2 grands which is probably the cheapest of the lot and certainly not built well. But mine seems to sound louder than the Hofner, or maybe it's because of the crowd at Furtados. I also tried a Greg Bennett Jazz Elec... aahm ahmm, without pluging in ofcourse. All of them felt much sturdier than mine. Maybe thats why they cost a liver and a kidney.
I also bought new football studs n shin guards. Played bare foot yesterday which wasn't smart. Now I got a bad cramp :( .
Well thats latest update. Ciao

I'm pissed cause I don't know what I'm pissed on.

Well it's been a while since my last post. And every time I thought of posting some non sense that no ones ever gonna read, I forget to post. So here it is. Maybe I'm posting at last because I'm just feeling frustrated about something. Aargggghhh... I want to hit someone in the face and punch em in the nose. And why do some people act so stupid? and why some act all great in front and then do something or rather don't do something they had promised. And why the f**k am I pissed?
Ohh well. I want 3 things ASAP. 1> A good comfortable chair cause the one I have just numbs my bottoms every time I sit on it for more than 20 mins. 2> A HP or a Sony laptop and 3> A Stratocaster and the whole set.
I think I should get a nice shower now. And just calm my ruddy head down.
FCUK !!!

A job I'd love to have.

Now considering my inclination towards traditional working environment at work or at school I simply won't be getting a job which would be productive in any manner. So there are very few jobs left for me as such. Lets have a list of what they might be and discuss why they are in the list at all.
The list:
1. C.E.O. :- Yes I can be a traditional CEO because essentially he doesn't do anything besides barking into his subordinates things he need not bark into their ears because most of them already know their job well unless of course that person was hired by the CEO himself. And you can wear whatever you want to wear to work when your a CEO because you are a CEO and if you decide to wear anything but a boring pinstriped suit to work as a CEO you will be seen as a modern and fun CEO even if you continue to bark into people's ears.
2. Humor Columnist :- Now I choose this not because I'm good with English or any particular language for that matter. I'm quite sure there are better people out there than me at language simply because I'm a dyslexic and I'm not making that up to hide my lethargy. The real reason why I want to be a humor columnist is because I can behave as cracked as I want to and still not lose my job and second most importantly I can't spell columnist properly unless assisted by a computer.
3. Major share holder in a private M.N.C. :- Yeah now this is the best job probably cause 1st of all you can hire a CEO to bark into your employee's ears. Make a lot of profit. Spend that money on charity in front of the media, spend the rest of your money on a yacht in French Riviera. And be photographed on the front page of Business Today. Now even this could be my calling so I'm off for a good life.
4. Well I forgot what the 4th job I had thought off.
5. And never mind the 5th one either.

Yup. So that's the type of jobs I'd like to have. Specially the third one. Because that way I can also be the rest of the 1st two and not be told off for doing a bad job. If anyones reading this who can get me any of these jobs I'd really appreciate their ability to take risks and hire me. Thank You.

Just some more non sense

So I was having some 'Sheev Puri' and I thought it would be a good idea to put some non sense rant online. Went to Raabale today. Its an industrial area. Its safer to suck at the exhaust pipe of an old Kinetic Honda Scooter than to spend a day at Raabale. Anyway the place where I went had lots of dust instead of foul smelling chemicals. Sun and dust combination if not good for health either. After being bored till 2 in the afternoon I couldn't stand, standing and watching people do whatever they were doing at the factory. So I returned back. I have a Kinetic Honda Scooter, 13 years old and probably one of the most dangerous vehicles to drive. You can actually do a nice drift on wet concrete with this baby. 2 T engines are good. The only issue with this engine is it drinks up petrol as if its a super bike. Its fun to drive never the less :) . I want a Bajaj Avenger now.
Cousins where home for last few days. Got rid of them on sunday. Was total fun having them around. Didn't do anything productive, nor am I doing it now since the left. Saw movies every night. Mum was fussed about everyone getting up late and not having breakfast on time and all that. Good thing she's a working woman. Well I can't think of any topic right now to write about. I'll go take a shower and write another post if I feel like. Writing blogs is a good pass time. It also makes you look smart.

I need a reset button.

Been some time since I last wrote. I think I should start writing again or I'll just go mad. Been wasting time most of these days, enjoying doing so most the time. And been avoiding to do anything creative for that matter and trying to live like a vegetable. Now I do feel a bit like a vegetable so its time to get my brain working again. I wish I had a reset button.
Got loads to travel and work to do next week. And my beloved and dangerous Kinetic needs work. And I also want an iPhone and a laptop and Bajaj Avenger and some more time. Damn I got loads to read too. I want more time. And I need more time on guitar too. I NEED MORE TIME! Fuk!!! O_O.
Okay time to get things done... laters... and don't bother leaving a comment on this non-sense.

Quick Update

Not quick enough though. Mainly because I've got an overinflated stomach, because of been over stuffed by my parents during the dinner. They reckon I've not been taking good care of my self while they were outstations. Frankly me being still alive and our home still being intact as it was when they left the town proves otherwise. I'm trying to breath properly. I think I should take a stroll... OK back!
Oh theres more... yes. I've quit my job as Support Personal at a call center. So it's bye bye Microsoft Hardware Tech Support. I've been bombarded with just one question since I leaked out the news of resignation. No it not 'Why are you quiting?' but 'What are you gonna do after quiting?'. They should learn divination maybe. Well I've got a couple of ideas and stuff that I'm gonna work on. And if it works out then life would be good. Thats all I can say for now about my career path.
So that's really about it. Life's gonna be better since mum n dad are back and I'll get proper food at-least. Got loads of books to read and stuff to research on. I want a laptop ASAP. Its a pain to sit in one place. Thats really about it. Will post on some stupid topic again soon.
Ciao for now!

Bikini World

Aahhh now here's a very interesting adventure. I'll just get to the point.

I went off with my mum on a short and a rather boring shopping trip. Now it's not that my mum's boring, it's just that I find shopping boring. Specially during summers. We had bought all the stuff we were hunting for and kept our catch safe in our car and that's when my mum remembered she forgot to buy some under garment. Don't ask me the name because I've forgotten it. Apparently women have more types of undergarment than cloths. And that's what I discovered that day.

Now things are pretty much simple for men when it comes to undergarments. (Unless your gay probably... I'm just guessing since I'm not one thankfully). You have vest and you have briefs. That's all. And if your are talking about me I couldn't make much different if my mum wouldn't keep my briefs separate from handkerchiefs.

Now most women might consider my entering a women undergarments shop rather revolting. I don't care anyway. So I did hoping they might have AC or a fast fan so I could cool myself. They just had one ceiling fan which was only couple of inches bigger than the exhaust fan in my computer. As soon as I entered the shop. Eye's turned. Mostly likely maybe because I entered a women undergarments shop even though I don't look gay. And most weird was most eyes never left me as a target. I'd wonder why they continued staring. There are many possibilities here. One the were embarrassed to know that a guy saw them buying undergarments, when its perfectly fine to continue do so. Two they probably wanted my expert opinion on which one to go for, considering the options available for sale this reasoning is quite a possibility. Apart from the fact that I'd have recommended not buying one since I find women sexy when they are not wearing undergarments. They never asked my opinion. Or more like they never got a chance cause I found it was cooler outside than inside the shop. So I disappeared to buy some coke.

Now talking about women undergarments. Most men would go into the state of coma if only they saw the varieties of women undergarments! Big, small (some here so small and thin I couldn't see the point of wearing one.), padded ones probably to make things look bigger than they are which isn't sexy at all. And most seemed to be recycled out of curtains! Literally! Anyway I couldn't do any more of the pervertish observations since I had to get a coke or I'd have died in a women undergarments shop. So that's the amazing world of women undergarments!

Thank you for reading! And if you have any self respect. Please leave a comment it took me 10 mins to type all this.

Seasonal Season

Its 2:15 AM right now. And an amazing thought came to my mind. I was wondering why the bloody hell is it so hot? Well the obvious answer is because its summer. But lets take things a bit beyond obvious since obvious things don't make you look smart.

What I mean to talk about is all this green house effects on earth. And how it's melting the big tasteless blue ice creams at the poles of the earth. Well I think it's all bullocks. Well has anyone heard about ice age? Google it if you haven't, I'm not wasting my time explaining it. So after that we have observed that it's getting hot every year. Now there are these bunch of bigger and PhD certified crackpots than me, who call themselves geologists, who talk about a pattern that they observed when one fine morning they decided it would be a good day to slice out some mountain cliffs. And that's how they describe ice age. Now lets come to the simpler things that happen every year. Like the seasons. We have winter then we have summer and then we have rain. Well now if you put 1and 1 together... its should either make 2 or 11. So that's really the pattern these scientists try to explain!

During the ice age, there was ice! Winter! Now after winter we have summer and that's why its so god damn hot. And when it's hot ice melts and places flood and there's lots of water. Now after some thousand years our grand grand grand grand grand... grand sons and daughters will see that it just rains and there won't be any flood because there wont be much of land. And we moan about property rates already! And then everything will cool down and it will be winter again and we'll see mammoths taking a stroll in our backyard :) . So thats really about it. Though it still doesn't mean you should not save fuel and stop spreading exhaust gases from your vehicle's backside and worst methane gas from your backside.

Well that's all gyan for today thank you for wasting your time on this nonsense. Have a great day!

Hula Hooped

There are many things in life that can give you a backache. Like going to school, going to work during peak hours, carrying your girlfriend just because there's no one home, a bad warm up before gym or playing squash after 3 centuries have passed. Hell you can even get a backache reading a book as I discovered just last year! Well here's a new addition to our 'Infinite ways to get a backache' list, do a hula hoop. now one might want to argue that if your are just 21 year old and healthy enough to have tried traveling in local trains and play squash once every asteroid visit why can't you do a hula hoop properly? Well the answer is I can't. Simply.

Here's what had happened. I was at my friends place. And her little sister wanted me to show off my skills at hula hoop. Now I could have refused to do that but the whole family was present at that moment. And my ego told me to take the challenge an 8 year old threw at my face(not practically, thankfully). So I tried the 1st time. I didn't even complete one rotation and the hula hoop was at my feet. Like a brave man would have done I tried again. Ready to give my life if I had to, but I had to do the hula hoop. By the third time most of the people had left the room already besides my friend and her sister. And that's when things went wrong. I got a cramp and was on the sofa in no time. My friend was kind enough to drop me home then. She said she was proud of my attempts cause she never had tried hula hoop herself.

Experiencing XP

Out of all the options I have for an operating system. I've got XP Pro. Now most people don't switch their operating systems as much as they change their skins. But with me, I change my OP almost twice a year. Sometimes even more than that if I'm feeling up to it. And that's not because I can change my skin.

Now any sane person would ask me why in the name of anything for that matter, would I keep changing my OP? Well because it make me feel I'm smart. See the point? And also I've got around 7 - 10 OS's lying around. I've also asked for UBUNTU Linux which they ship for free. And anything that's free is good. I had Vista few days back. Been using it since last year. And I'd chose it amongst all the OS's I've got. But the fact remains that you cannot run a spacecraft on kerosene. So here I am back to earth. Vista was all good besides the fact that it decided to piss me off by not starting properly. So I just took it out.

I'm waiting for UBUNTU. I'll install it on a test run 1st. It's supposed to be most safe and stable off all the OS's in the market. Anyway that's all about my computer for now. If only MSEB doesn't throw down their switches for a change.

Banned from kitchen :(

Well its a very short story which I'm gonna sound very long. Because I can and so can Hollywood directors. Remember the movie 'Phone Booth'?

Now this is what had happened.

I was busy, I mean very busy playing computer game in the morning. And my mum was busy working in the kitchen. And papa was busy humming some tulu song very loudly. Mum saw me playing games and started screaming at me for being an absolutely irresponsible towards my duty as a son. So she made me peal garlic for her. She went off to take a bath and asked me to further my duty by grinding the garlic and other odd looking and foul smelling spices in the mixer. That's when disaster struck.

I put the whole foul smelling mixture to the mixer. Turned the damned mixer on and went of to sip water. And BANG the whole kitchen was now smelling foul. Burnt foul smelling spices and plastic. I was on the floor. Can't remember how I got there. I had just taken a shower. Papa was still trying to make sense of what happened in the kitchen. And if this is Osama bin Laden's idea of a terror weapon. Foul smelling bombs. And then mum barged in. And you can imagine the rest. So here I am banned from entering kitchen. I did sneak in for a banana though. I'm guessing the ban will be lifted tomorrow morning for breakfast. For now here I am busy doing noting. I think I'll get back to Jeremy Clarkson's book.

cough syrup

This week's been weird. One of the many weird weeks in my weird life. 1st things 1st. I was hopeful of getting a lappy but it seems i'm not gonna be so lucky after all. 2nd I've got a bad cough, which means no point in going to work so i'm home. I'll be amazed if my boss doesn't fire me for being ill. And I'm zonked on cough syrups. I prefer whisky or vine. 3rd my internet connection package got over and i'm almost out of cash so till 7th of this month not much internet socializing. 4th I want to keep on writing but I feel so bored that I don't want to do anything. 5th I havn't played my guitar for centuries now. 6th I've been reading Jeremy Clarkson. Who is he? Well he's an automobile journalist. His style is sort of dry humor and I feel at home reading his work. In his book all he writes is irrelevent things about relevent topics. Then I've got this huge Hitchhicker's guide to galaxy lying around and another business related book, I've forgotten its name its by Ricardo Semler. Its got good humor too. Been to Landmarks, Andheri. Went through almost all of the books in the humor section and found some of the worst scriptures I've ever read. Including academic books. 7th I'm feeling sleepy again. 8th I moved my whole desktop PC to my hall so I can use dail up. And now I gotta take it back in. AAAAARRRGGGGHHHH. 9th Why the F**K am I counting? 10th I think I should get some sleep. -_-

The tale of 'Bleh bleh pink sheep'

Once upon a time one of my many little cousins
woke up in the morning and wanted a pink sheep.
All the members of my royal family went on a quest.
In search of that pink sheep for the little princess.
We searched and searched every corner of the mighty earth.
But we couldn't find a pink sheep for the angel princess.
She weeped and she wept.
Even when everyone else slept.
For the pink sheep she saw in her deepest dreams.
And then came an idea onto me.
Why not make a pink sheep indeed!
I went on an expedition to the local store.
And bought a new white sheep.
I painted it pink for my lovely little princess.
And returned to the castle as a hero from a quest.
And I saw her smile and her beautiful wet eyes.
And I felt so much love for the little soul.
If I were a prince in real.
I'd swear my life to make her smile.
I write these lines for her to read.
Someday she might understand what this all means.

My life now

Well just replied to a comment from a vistor to my post. Don't get them as often. Well what's happening in my life? Nothing and everything. Getting my head straight about a girl that I had crush on... busy with my job... left no time to work on my projects, will get back to it this weekend... listening to more music... listening to americans complaining... traveling and hating traffic and wishing for a flying broom stick... and sleeping during the day. What's weird is I'm not feeling sleepy today. I only slept for 4 hours and I'm guessing i'll be having trouble staying awake tonight. Been reading a book 'Art of the Strategist' for a while, a very good book on biz strategies. Need to search for a book store soon coz It's been 3 months since I last bought a book and the one in my colony has closed down! >_< I need a shave too I look like a muncipality garden and a hair cut to ad to that. Thats for now until next time. Sayonara

The last night fiasco O_O

Well last night was my 1st day on the floor. Well in layman's words it means yesterday I took an actual call. And I freaked out O_O . Forgot every damn greeting I'm supposed to blurt out into the mic. Tried to troubleshoot but pissed the caller after trying to find a way to help him for 45mins. So much for beginner's luck and the so called confidence seems no where in sight! Everyone said I was good on the call and even the experienced lot might have got nervous in this situation since the issue was very complex. Like yeah, but I'd appreciate some true feedback instead. Well I'm not taking any call tonight. I need to practice macros and keyboard shortcuts to get my documentation up to the mark. Well for laymen again, documentation means I'm supposed to document every steps of troubleshooting that the customer has tried and also the ones I've suggested. And I suck at multi tasking. For now got loads of work to fill my Saturday and Sunday. Thats all for now. Ciao!
